Episode 88 is inspired by personal experience from the last couple months.

In the last episode I mentioned experiencing a setback in business when I hired someone that I hoped would be helping me to be more consistent with sharing my content. I was triggered by that partnership not working out and I self doubt rose to the top. The way I was thinking about myself and business was hindering me and not helping me.
