In this episode, I wanted to give the overview of the process I am about to share with you over the next several episodes. It may seem like a lot, but as you will see, each step follows naturally from the one preceding it. I am excited to share this with you!

This 6-step process that I call VISAGE (the acronym that contains the 6 steps) was developed as a result of my time in the medical world, my PhD study in Mind-Body Medicine, and mostly from my own healing journey through therapy and spiritual practice and realization. It is an amalgamation of everything I myself had to accomplish to get where I am today.

I have been using this exact model with others to help them heal and get to a more peaceful place in their own skin for over 2 years, but the process itself evolved from consultation I have been doing with others since 2012. I have never shared this process openly like this before, so I am super excited to offer it to you first!

We will go more fully through each of the steps and other pieces that come up along the way as we move through the next several episodes, so please don’t feel like you have to get it all at once. For me, I just like to know where the road is going before I get on it, so to speak.
