I hear on social media and all over the place that we should “Let go of control! Trust the journey! Trust the process! Trust the universe!” And I bet you have heard it too.

This always makes me think this, though: “Yeah! I would be happy to do it, but can you please tell me HOW to actually do it?”

So, in this episode, I want to brainstorm with you and discuss why we want to control things and how we can actually let go of it to take charge of our lives instead.
