Whatever your preference, it’s good to have something in the calendar before all your relatives arrive at the venue, and demand you spend the evening in the bar with them!

As well as being a stylist, journalist, and fashion editor of The Irish Daily Mail’s You Magazine, Grace Cahill is an expecting Mum, who will be tying the knot with her other half, Adam, in 2020. Our chat covers everything from wedding dress shopping with a bump, to incorporating a newborn into your wedding plans, to catering for pregnant guests, to managing your budget when you've got two major life events on the horizon!

Wedding dilemma: A listener writes, “I absolutely love smoke bomb pictures and really want to incorporate into my wedding shots but does the reality live up to the dream?! And also will they stain my dress? Even if you just stand in the smoke and get someone else to light/hold it?” Our advice is, of course, to use smoke bombs if you really want to, but we're also mulling over some of the challenges associated with these popular photographic props. For example, they're unpredictable, potentially time-consuming, and yes, it is possible that they'll stain your wedding dress!

There are lots of short, low-commitment options available, and you can learn everything from how to train your dog, to how to sing like Christina Aguilera (sort of!)
