I begin today’s show with a blog I first published… oh, maybe back in 2013? It’s called How to Stop Having Same Old Problems… and it’s about exactly that. Yeah, okay. It took me a major life crisis to move past some of the old detritus. But must it always take a crisis? I share thoughts on how to weave your way past the roadblocks and problems you’re just sick to death of having.

My guest this week is Shena Lashey, host of the Black Girls Heal podcast and a coach, brings us some really good insight about the nature of addictive relationships. I learned all about the fraught give and take between love avoidants and love addicts… and I hope you will, too.
