Nancy Leeds Gribble is a culinary nutritionist passionate about helping women over the age of 50 get healthy, fit, and happy, is taking the world by storm.

It wasn’t part of Nancy’s life plan to work with women over 50. Not at all. At one point, she had life by the tail. Married to the love of her life, Nancy was a top producer in the real estate industry and a new mom.

She felt invincible until everything came crashing down when her husband was diagnosed with a terminal illness. Within a year she was widowed, the real estate market and economy crashed, and Nancy became a single mom to her four-year-old son.

After a period of deep contemplation wondering what came next, Nancy decided to take control of her life through healthy eating, exercise, and mindset.

Nancy realized that she was the only one who could take control of her life and that she needed to focus on the things that mattered most to her.

Putting all her attention into learning as much as possible about nutrition, Nancy enrolled in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2014. She has a strong focus on whole food, plant-based eating, confident of the health benefits of this type of lifestyle.

Since that time, Nancy has immersed herself into advanced studies, developing her skills as a women’s empowerment mentor and a culinary nutritionist as well as earning her certification as a FasterWay® Coach. She has developed her service offerings as a Premier Lifestyle Expert who helps women over 50 thrive fearlessly in conquering their goals for a healthy and joyful life.
