Noah Lyles, the 100m and 200m world champion, is our special guest at 82:23, along with his coach Lance Brauman at the 101:29 mark. We observed a day of training of their Pure Athletics group, after Noah returned from wrapping up a transformational season in the 60m at World Indoors where he won silver.

Prior to that we wrap up the indoor season and discuss the exploits of Nico Young and Parker Valby at NCAAs, but also turn our sights to outdoors where Jakob Ingebrigtsen is going to face Josh Kerr and Yared Nuguse in the Bowerman Mile. Nico Young is running The TEN.
