We are part of nature. And there is never a time we are not changing.

As we navigate the seasons and embrace the Spring Equinox, this episode is a reminder to ignite a self-acceptance that allows us to truly flourish by embracing what we often reject about ourselves.

It is easy for us to like ourselves when we're doing well and easy for us to be happy on a sunny day --

But feeling a stability with ourselves and our lives comes from acceptance of the duality of who we are and the natural and inevitable cycles of birth, death, and rebirth.

We will always live in duality with both our soul and our ego.

As Winter is a Precursor to Spring, The Dark Night of the Soul is a often a precursor to change and self-renewal.
