In today's episode Emily interviews relationship coach Stefanos Sifandos who has over 20 years of direct experience in the personal transformation space guiding people into deeper intimacy and healing. He is a trained educator and somatic and trauma-informed relationship expert with a background in behavioral science and philosophy.
