About Today’s Guest

Jenine Lehfeldt is a lifelong fitness enthusiast, a classically trained ballet dancer, a Barre, Zumba and group fitness instructor, and creator and owner of the Sweet Serenity Yoga and Wellness studio just outside of Vancouver, Canada.

Her recent life journey started when a workplace accident forced her out of a 12-year-long TV & Film Hairstylist career and had her start down the path of alcoholism and a failed suicide attempt.

Though the journey has been difficult she managed to conquer both addiction and depression and ultimately embrace the changes that came about through those challenges.

Her goal in sharing her story so openly is to help others like herself and let them know there is hope, there is help and that she has a safe space for anyone seeking solace to begin their own journey.
