One of the best books I’ve ever read on hiring (“WHO”) talks about the 4 S’s of hiring (I talk about this process in my episode on hiring): Scorecard Sourcing great candidates Selecting the best one Selling them on working for you They list “selling” as the 4th step in the process, but the truth is it’s happening throughout the entire process.

I also go through how to sell with your best candidates during the interview process without them knowing it’s happening and without showing your cards.
