Comfort is a thing that many people take advantage of. Whether it is comfort in the activities, people, or surroundings you immerse yourself in, or the monotony of every day; it is just as easy to get lost in the sauce of mediocrity, as it is to drown in it.

My guest today is another one of my good friends, Corey Goodlett. Our Podcast took place right after episode 6, so please excuse my lack of variety in my outfit.

A dedicated, loyal, and courageous man; Corey has spent the last 6 years demonstrating his leadership skills, on the football field, in the weightroom, in his church, and is hoping to demonstrate those skills for his country. However, there was a time that he felt the every day routine he was in was detrimental to his development, so he decided to pick it all up and leave just to figure out what he was made of.
