Bowie and Zay talk about sleep and health and how they have their own combine relationshiop name similiar to ‘Brangelina’, and somehow they finish each others sentences. But we also get some advice on how sleep is so important to your health as well as discipline. Zay suggested waking up and being cheerful to jumpstart the day but Mish isn’t so sure because she will probably be naked still while making a cup of coffee.The team also cover toxic feminity and masculinity from friends and family in our lives and how gender roles are forced upon our lives.
