If you listen to my show on Sunday you would have heard that this podcast is 5 years old in January. and it’s time for a change. We have a few shows left in the current format that will come out between now and the end of December. It’s funny when we consider changing or letting go of the familiar there’s an element of fear that turns up and the urge is to step away from that edge.

Of course, we just need to let go and move forward. But that reminded me of the show with John Purkiss “The power of letting go.” It was back in 2020 and was one of those inspiring and long conversations, so long that I split the show into two parts you’re about to hear part 1 as a re-upload.
