Anthony Masiello is a nationally board certified health & wellness coach and co-founder of Plant Based TeleHealth, which is a national telemedicine service focused on the prevention and reversal of chronic disease utilizing approaches in Lifestyle Medicine. But Anthony’s work in healthcare first started with work on his own health. His unbelievable health journey, losing 160 pounds and successfully keeping it off since 2005 through plant based nutrition, is one of the most amazing personal transformations I’ve heard. With the rising number of COVID cases, our discussion comes at no better time to address obesity, which serves as a high risk factor for severe coronavirus infections.
