Dissolving or changing the dynamics of certain relationships in your life is not always easy, and it can be a challenge coping with it emotionally. I’m currently in the process of dissolving some very close relationships that I have had for many years, so I know exactly what you may be going through.
The process I’m going through is what inspired me to talk about relationships as a topic for this podcast episode, and it is my intention that this episode assists you with the challenges you may be experiencing when it comes to dissolving current relationships that you know are not healthy for you.

On this episode, we’re going to be talking about how to cope with the emotional distress of dissolving various relationships in your life. And a lot of time when I do my podcast, I get various inspiration from different … you know, sometimes, a lot of times it’s from personal experience, so it’s directly from my heart, but then there’s also inspiration that comes from others who have shared their personal experiences with me so courageously.
It’s not a mystery as to why so many relationships right now … as I personally am in the process of dissolving multiple relationships in my life. You know the persons who are in my life – my spiritual family, as well as just clients, just other persons who are also vibrationally at the same place where they’re also changing the dynamics of relationships and dissolving relationships as well. And so, you know, the energy today … everything aligned synchronistically for this podcast to be about really how to cope with the emotional distress, because it’s not easy.
Spiritually gifted or not it’s not easy to, number one, process through and recognize the need to dissolve certain relationships and deciphering through which ones need to be dissolved versus which ones need to just … the dynamics just needs to be changed, just shifted, just a little bit so that it’s fulfilling and nourishing.
So before I get into all that, you know, I just wanted to share with you where the energy and the inspiration for today’s podcast came from or is flowing from.
